On September 25, 2020, the pen session for improving Chinese painting and calligraphy and regimen knowledge was held in the HQ of FOHERB. With theme of "harmony, coexistence, and common beauty", the event aimed to explore the internal relationship between Chinese traditional painting and calligraphy art and Chinese regimen culture, conduct artistic creation exchanges, carry forward the charm of Chinese traditional culture, and advocate a scientific, healthy, fashionable and high-quality life.

The event was presided over by Tang Guoqiang, former spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chinese ambassador, and chairman of the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council. Ji Peiding, former vice minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and honorary director of the Golden Silk Road International Think Tank, Cao Xiurong, vice chairman of the 10th CPPCC Tianjin and former president of Tianjin Charity Association, Liu Yuhe, former director of the Cadre Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and vice president and secretary general of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs attended the event. Wang Shuping, vice chairman of China Artists Association and chairman of Tianjin Artists Association, Yin Canghai, vice chairman of Tianjin Artists Association and president of Tianjin Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association, Han Jinming, chairman of FOHERB, Zhi Qun, deputy general manager of FOHERB, and Wang Tao, office director of the Silk Road Calligraphy and Painting Academy conducted exchanges at the event.

FOHERB wished to create beautiful works of art via this calligraphy and painting exchange, for more people to better understand health and regimen, improve their awareness and level of health, and take calligraphy and painting as the carrier to "promoting regimen, benefiting human health".
